Fitness Assessment

There are a number of ways of checking progress against your training.

We can offer max heart rate testing for running and cycling. Swimming is possible but can be inaccurate, and yes your max heart rate is different for all three sports!

Tests can be carried out here indoors or outdoors on local circuits

 

Time trials are another way to measure progress, we can help you with these too either as individuals or group.

Fastest Growing Participation Sport!
Triathlon is growing at a tremendous rate, here in the North East my Club (Sun City Tri) has grown from half a dozen active members to around 50 attending sessions regularly.

People take up triathlon for a number of reasons, they want to get fit, have variety in their training, are bored jogging or cycling or doing lengths of the pool.

We can offer through our BTA qualified Session Coaches a programme to suit your aims and ambitions, whether just to get fit, to complete a triathlon, or to compete at high level, we have coached national medal winners.

Our services are aimed at helping those who cannot make regular club sessions have the same training opportunities as club members
